BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thankyou for choosing to book with Weatherhead Farm.We very much look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to the family farm.By making this booking you are entering into an agreement with us.Please read our terms and conditions of booking shown below.
PRICES
The prices quoted are all inclusive of VAT and are on either a B&B or self catered basis which is determined at the time of booking.
SMOKING
We do not allow smoking in the rooms.
CANCELLATION & INSURANCE
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract.If a deposit has been paid on line, the balance will then be due on arrival and deducted from the final amount.We accept all major cards, BACS or cash payments.Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund of their deposit.Within 48 hours the deposit is then non-refundable.
NON-AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION
On the event of your accommodation becoming unavailable for reasons beyond our control we would do our best to find you alternative accommodation to the same high standard for you.Our liability would not extend beyond this.
ARRIVAL
Your accommodation will be all ready for your arrival anytime after 2.30pm on that day.Late arrivals are not a problem at all as long as we are given 48hours prior notice of the time arrival is expected.We will arrange for the accommodation to be open and ready for the later time.
DEPARTURE
We ask for the room to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure, but may be extended upon request if the room is available.An invoice will be provided and payable on departure.This can be made by card,BACS or cash.
DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
Accidents happen and we understand this but we ask that you take care when staying with us.Should there be any damage caused or breakages to the accommodation and its contents then you are responsible and liable.We just ask that you let us know before departure.We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
LIABILITY
We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by ourselves or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer.We do not hold card details and we do not share your details with any third party.

Standard rate - Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 5 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the5 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of First nights stay.
Non-Refundable - No changes to, or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are 100% not available.
